What shipping services do you offer?
Our main courier is Australia Post - we offer the standard Parcel Post and Express Post options.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process and consign orders in the same or next business day. However, delays out of our control (such as public holidays or other issues relating to Australia Post) may delay orders for a day or so.
Any potential delays will be displayed on the website homepage so the customer can be notified.
Where are you located?
Our warehouse is located in Sydney - which is where the goods are shipped from.
Can I pick up my order?
We do not offer pick up for orders placed on our website.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We store all of our items on-hand in our Sydney warehouse, therefore there are no internal factors that can influence your delivery time other than our short processing time.
Your order will take around 2-6 business days upon being handed to Australia Post - however this may increase depending on external factors such as a busy postage period.
Do you ship overseas?
We do not offer international shipping, only shipping domestically in Australia.
This is because Australia Post does not offer international shipping for perfumes.
