Our main courier is Australia Post - we offer the standard Parcel Post and Express Post options.

We aim to process and consign orders in the 1-3 business days, with there being same day dispatching in some cases. However, delays out of our control (such as public holidays or other issues relating to Australia Post) may delay orders for a day or so.

Any potential delays will be displayed on the website homepage and our social media so customers can be notified before placing an order.

Our warehouse is located in Sydney - which is where the goods are shipped from.

We do not offer pick up for orders placed on our website.

We store all of our items on-hand in our Sydney warehouse, therefore there are no internal factors that can influence your delivery time other than our short processing time.

Please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for items that are labelled for preorder. Any further preorder delays and updates will be displayed on our social media

Your order will take around 2-6 business days upon being handed to Australia Post - however this may increase depending on external factors such as a busy postage period.

We do not offer international shipping, only shipping domestically in Australia.

This is because Australia Post does not offer international shipping for perfumes.
