Can I return items purchased from here?
Yes, you are protected under the Australian Competition Act 2010 and therefore have the right to return any items from here - provided all products are in their original conditions.
For what reasons can I return an item?
You are eligible for a return if your product is faulty or defected upon arrival, or in the event you received the wrong product.
We currently offer change of mind returns - provided the product is still in its original condition (unopened and original seal still attached).
How long do I have to make a return claim?
You have 14 days from the item's day of arrival to make a return claim.
Please note that this deadline is to make the claim and the product does not have to arrive to us from this date to be eligible.
How do I send my return to you?
Our customer support team will email you an Australia Post label, please place all items for return inside a single box with the return label attached.
Please ensure that all products are packaged correctly to completely prevent movement inside the packaging. Since most fragrances are made out of glass and are considered dangerous goods - any items breaking will be a massive issue during posting.
You may not be given a refund if your parcel is found to be damaged due to negligent packaging.
Do I have to pay for my own return?
If your item is found to be faulty, damaged or defective on arrival we will pay for your Australia Post return label.
You are required to pay for the delivery costs for change of mind returns.

To smoothen the process for everyone, please include any relevant information such as:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reasons for return for each item
- Photos or videos of damaged, defective or faulty items.
